Petit appartement dans un complexe résidentiel sécurisé et gardé 24h/24 en périphérie de Santa Fe de Antioquia. L'appartement est agréable et lumineux. Le complexe résidentiel comprend deux piscines très agréables permettant de se rafraichir.
La climatisation est dysfonctionnelle, car elle est censée refroidir le salon et la chambre à coucher, mais cette dernière ne reçoit que très peu de froid alors que le canapé-lit situé dans le salon reçoit un maximum d'air froid. Si on réduit la climatisation pour le salon, la température devient bien trop élevée dans la chambre à coucher, malgré le ventilateur. Dans l'idéal il faudrait 2 installations de climatisation.
