The pool was great!
The wifi did not work our first day but the property owner was responsive and fixed it within a day.
It was a little high in price for two people. Would be better value if you had more people in your group.

The apartment is modern and has a nice balcony linked to the living area with a great view of the hills (although an ugly waterslide at the level of the balcony). The location is excellent, three (uphill) blocks to the edge of the old town in a local neighborhood that is more authentic and fun than the historic part (which is all boutique hotels, restaurants, and shops). The large pool is wonderful for swimming laps (except on weekends when there are noisy kids). Communication with the host was fine, although hampered by not having internet.
-- No internet!! Booking warned about this but I missed it, thinking a modern building was bound to have it.
-- Terrible and even disgusting bedding. There were no top sheets, the bottom sheets may have only been turned around and not washed, most pillows were lumpy or falling apart and smelled bad, the mattresses were hard, and the double bed was not large enough for two people. The maid told us to use blankets as top sheets that had obviously been used by previous guests without being washed. The towels were worn out or stained, with some just drying in the pantry.
-- The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen counters were fine, but the cabinets were sticky with grease.
-- If the host wants to rent to foreigners in the future he should get internet, buy two sets of new sheets and pillows, and get a new maid.
