Property price is ok for the value of money
Very very very super dirty
Hygiene leave I give 0
The balcony full of bird shit
The fan is full of thick dust
The toilet bowl there was some tissue without flush when I just checked in. Then the dishes washing sponge, it look like been ages did not replaced a new one.
The washing machine area also full of nasty dirty.
I don’t understand the cleaning fees goes where? If this was not clean why are we charged for the cleaning fee????
There is no internet as well it looks like the owner did not pay the internet bill. When I msg the person I charge about this. No response at all they don’t even bothered to check on the guest inquiry.
But if you want a cheap stay this place is ok. But don’t expect to get a clean place for your family.

Suasana kawasan perumahan sangat tenang walaupun di tepi jalan raya besar. Facilities semua sangat memuaskan, kolam renang boleh di akses bermula 7AM-10PM.
Check in bermula 3PM, check out 11AM. 20 jam je dengan harga tersebut & check in awal charges RM25 (tiada masalah berkaitan harga, kami setuju) namun, lantai di dalam rumah terasa kotor & hitam di tapak kaki. lantai bilik air kotor, langsir bilik air bertahi lalat & kotor sangat2.
