Curățenie, proprietarul atent și amabil, locuiește foarte aproape și vine imediat daca apare o problema. Am rezervat cam cu o lună înainte și am avut un raport calitate/preț foarte bun. Un mare plus este existența aerului condiționat.Exista o bucătărie exterioară comuna și un foișor unde poți pregăti/servi ceva.
Pozitia imobilului, in sensul că este situat chiar pe strada principala dinspre Constanța, foarte circulată la orice ora din zi și noapte, ușile și ferestrele sunt din aceeași perioadă cu construcția imobilului, fiind din lemn și cu expunere exact spre strada(maxim 5m), deci fara o minimă izolație fonică.Peste zi este imposibil sa poți dormi,iar noaptea nu este pentru pretențioși (ca mine).

Proprietarul este poate cel mai sincer si misto om pe care l-am cunoscut. Un om foarte de treaba, cu pasiuni puternice de care e mandru sa le povestească. Cazarea domnului este curata, cu toate facilitățile . In cazul unei neplaceri, lipsuri, un simplu telefon la domnul e suficient sa rezolve in 5 minute. Ne-a ajutat si cu bagajele in ultima zi ca sa putem sa ne mai bucuram si de aceasta si am primit si niste suveniruri. Multumim pentru experienta minunata. Vom reveni!
