Spacious and clean room.

Check in at 16 and check out at 10

Very clean place, exactly the same as in the pictures, spatious and all. Very easy to find, quiet area for those looking for a peaceful room. Never had issues with hot water. Had some neighbours who were 5 in one room and they did not have issues with hot water also so that is very good. Towels offered and changed in request.

The bed was pretty annoying. Not very confortable and always squeaking.

liked - the owner was very nice and accomodating (with drying rack for clothes, ant spray, parking). - we parked the car in the yard, so it was very safe. - the location is the BEST in Vama Veche, in the middle of stuff but still quiet during the night. - very clean sheets, matress protections and towels. - we had a kettle and a fridge, and there was the option to use the outdoor kitchen, maybe the barbecue facilities also, we did not use but others did. - the yard is nice and very quiet, with some playground for little kids. - direct access from the yard to the room, with outdoor seating area for each room, where you can also hang dry your clothes. - checkin is at 16, but they messaged me when the room was ready, about 2h before checkin, appreciated that. - moskito nets at windows.

did not like - the rooms have no sound proofing, you can literally hear people pee :) and the cleaning lady outside the door or in other rooms, in the morning. - no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) included, except hand soap. - having direct outdoor access, we had some ants visiting us so we had to spray them. - bathroom needs some renovations, paint falling off the walls at the bottom, probably from humidity. - i did not think the top bunk bed is safe for kids, the matress is too high, so the side of the bed is only about 10cm and kids can fall from top bed. - i find the checkout, at 10, very early, could be at least 11. when checking out you must free the parking space also. - bunk bed a bit rusty, matress was stained (in the bunk you can see the bottom of the matress from the top bed, did not check more than that)

Wonderful stay in a well-located property! The host, Maria, is exceptionally friendly, and she goes the extra mile to help the guests in need, should you know how to ask, of course. We had car issues, and Maria was available to help us to arrange transport for us (many thanks, Maria!) 🥰 She even picked up a delivery from Emag for me. The property is quiet and serene, despite being located very close to the beach (3 mins slow walking). The grounds are well maintained and give an old school freedom vibe as Vama Veche used to be 🤩 Bonus: The property has a tap for feet shower to get the sand off before going inside - which adds value! The room was clean, had ice cold AC and well modern on the inside, with a double bed and a bunk bed too, perfect for 3-4 people. Thank you for all!
