It was very clean

The couch and chair in the living room were a little uncomfortable.

The room had all new furniture and had been recently updated. It had beautiful countertops and cabinets. The room had pots, pans and essential for cooking.

The floors had not been swept. They hand sand all over them. My kids said the bunk beds were very hard, and it was hot in the closet area where they were located. The staff at Sail Away wanted us to pay for the early entry, but we thought we might not need it. I contacted them about 2:30 asking if we could get in early and if we could pay the change. My father, who was sick with liver disease, wanted to see the ocean once more. They said the room wasn't ready. They were rude. They said they they would allow me in early and would call me. They held me out till 4:00 being spiteful because no one was cleaning at the time and the floors were dirty. There were blankets rolled and thrown in the closet, and their Vizio TV boxes were piled in the closet. Overall, the room was great. We swept it, but the agent handling the room was snarky. I will rent again in that building but not a room affiliated with this business. If I were the owners, I would move it to another rental management business.
