Beach view was amazing, the condo needs attention with maintenance, lights not working, the water pressure is low, shower door leaks all over the floor, commodes doesn’t flush properly. The elevators are hot with little to no air.

The condo was super nice and clean and very big. The balcony had a great view. The whole property was well maintained. I really liked the location. Would definitely recommend it.

We have stayed in Panama City a handful of times at different rentals on the beach front. This is by far our worst experience. The rental was not maintained. It had missing utilities, no instructions, and damage to the property. Two of our family members needed Wi-Fi to work remote and it took over a day to get a response. The main tv never worked! In our past experiences we always had clear instructions when we arrived about how to navigate simple things like the tv and Wi-Fi. I hope this review helps get this rental straightened up for future occupants!
