location was beach front and perfect.
I had already checked on beach chairs and umbrellas for this rental. It was a private rental-not owned by the resort. Our rental agreement did not include use of the beach equipment. Hard to believe with the price we payed for the condo. They cost $50 daily for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. RIDICULOUS! We brought our own chairs and a very nice umbrella. It worked just fine.

I loved the property, would love to purchase 0310. The level is perfect , nice balcony , heated pool and hot tub outdoors right there close to the beach perfect view !
Had a little trouble getting in . Was given the wrong door code had to call security once I found a number and it was a rather cold day NUMBER CAN BE FOUND IN THE MAIN LOBBY. Also an after hours number or on call person . WiFi would not connect to my laptop and I had to use my hotspot from my phone beings owning a business means sometimes you still have to do a little work while on vacation .

The room, the view.
Night one was unable to adjust air conditioning & day 2 AC stopped working. I called the emergency after hours & was able to troubleshoot with technician to get the AC back in working order.
