The host was excellent and very helpful. The view from the balcony was excellent. I loved not having to have a key, but instead memorizing the keycode to type in. That way we could never lose the key. All of the building maintenance and workers were super kind and helpful. It was close to the aquarium and far enough away from the louder Golden Zone to give us a bit more peace. Plenty of stores and restaurants and shops nearby, and Uber is quick and cheap in the area, so getting around was cheap and easy, and 95% of the time, the Uber experience was great too. Another thing: the water pressure is awesome here, and it can be adjusted to very strong if desired. We'd definitely stay at this condo again.

The pool view was spectacular and worth daily trips up to the pool on the roof, but the pool itself needs to be re-tiled and the area needs to be re-done so it is nicer and cleaner. Also, on days where lots of people were at/in the pool, the water was even murkier than usual, so the water could be cleaner. We still swam in the pool on the weekdays when the water looked OK (it was never super clear). We killed around 20 roaches during our 12-day stay, but the window in the laundry room is always open due to the dryer vent being set up to vent out of the window, so that would make it hard to keep bugs out. Plus, in any building with multiple tenants, one dirty tenant can bring roaches in for other surrounding tenants, so the owner has no control over that, if that is the case.
