Nuevo Departamento en el Malecón!

Ubicación

La chapa es complicada de abrir, no abre a la primera. En especial este departamento, no tiene vista al mar tiene vista al lago.

Hay privacidad, seguridad ante todo y comodidad.

Que falla el internet y que en el baño hay una ventanita el cual pueden verte desde afuera ya que estan construyendo un edificio alado y los trabajadores pueden verte bañar. Lo bueno que estaba el otro baño

The management company was terrible to deal with. One week into our month long stay the drainage pipes under the bathroom sink completely fell off. It took a whole day to get them to understand what had happened (at one point they told us not to worry about it and to just continue using the sink). It took another full day to get it fixed. They never kept us up to date and we got reprimanded when we tried to talk to the maintenance dept in the building to see what was going on. We asked for a set of clean sheets and some towels because we were staying for a month and there was no washer and dryer in the unit. They begrudingly gave us some clean linens and when we went to put the sheets on the bed a few days later they had actually given us a duvet cover instead of a fitted sheet. When we contacted them and explained the situation they said we would have to pay $350 pesos for another set and that even if we did pay they could not get us any for four days because the housekeepers were gone until after the weekend. We had given the dirty sheets to the housekeeper so we had to use the duvet cover to cover the mattress. The unit has no dishwasher and the kitchen sinks had no plugs for the drians and when we asked them to provide us with a drain plug they responded by saying "it won't be possible as we don't have one." We had to buy our own garbage bags, faceclothes, toilet paper, dishclothes, tea towels, kleenex, and papertowel. We paid $5,938 CDN for 28 nights so I guess we expected them not to be so extremely cheap. Without a doubt this was the poorest equipped condo we have ever stayed in. The dishes are plastic and there is not even 1 bowl for making a salad and no wine glasses. The fancy overhead fan above the stove does not work at all. There are 2 chairs on the balcony and only one has a cushion. There is no tv in the common area, only in the bedrooms. It seems like no maintanance is being done at all.
