Appartement très bien conçu, propre, terrasse agréable, extrêmement calme et très bien placé. Bon rapport qualité prix.
La communication un peu tardive pour l’entrée, aucune communication pour le départ et le supplément pour rentrer un peu avant l’heure indiqué annoncé le jour même alors que le sujet avait déjà été évoqué en amont, sans annonce de supplément … Quelques travaux de rafraîchissement à prévoir dans la douche (portes et joints), et papier toilette qu’il a fallu que je rachète.
