Convenient location, clean.

There was an issue at first with the app that was supposed to unlock the door. The instructions were not clear and when I finally did get the app downloaded and set up, it didn’t work. Another customer service rep gave me the lockbox code and we used the physical key to access the apartment. Lots of time wasted and unnecessary anxiety.

The apartment was clean, efficient and in a convenient location to a metro rail station.

Apartment was very small and with a Murphy bed, the coach was just in the way. I suggest removing it and replacing it with a comfortable chair. Also there’s no TV. No TV should be more prominent in the listing. Instructions to get into the apartment was a bit confusing. The lister says to stay out of the backyard yet you have to enter the backyard to access the apartment.

Very convenient and mostly clean (was a little scuzz in the shower floor). Space worked well enough for what it was.

Murphy bed frame was broken. Lights without bulbs in them. There was a list of kitchen tools and some of them weren't there, including basics like a spatula. Extremely cheaply furnished, which was somewhat expected but also felt like shortcut. Check in was too difficult. I was supposed to be send a code to download an app to unlock the door. The host forgot to do it prior to my check in time. Then wasn't available when I called. Ended up standing by the door for 20 minutes trying to get people. Then I got the property management company who got me to a lockbox key. But the host never successfully got me the code for the app and didn't bother to follow up to make sure I had after the first failure.

Great location with a decent kitchen if you’re looking to save money. Good metro access. Communicative host. Using the app to unlock the door was pretty easy and self explanatory.

The facility wasn’t as clean as it could have been. If checkout is at 11, and check in is at 4, that’s a 5 hour period to ensure the space is deep cleaned. It wasn’t filthy, but it certainly wasn’t a hotel-level of cleanliness. Though unlocking the door to the unit was easy using the app that the host sends you beforehand, better instructions for which door to use would be helpful. The instructions should say that you access the door on the left hand side of the building, go up the stairs, open the metal gate, and the door to unlock using the app is there. The room is also above a garage which can get extremely noisy in the mornings or any other time. The bed is also a Murphy bed, which they have a couch blocking the area where the bed would come down. I don’t think the couch is necessary for the already small space, especially if you’re a solo traveler. I had to push it out of the way to keep the bed out. No detergent was in the unit for the washer, so unless you want to spend $20 on a jug of detergent, it would’ve been more practical to go to a laundromat for cheaper, or wait until your stay is over to do your laundry at home.
