Fantastic location

The breakfast was enjoyable and served in time. However, I could not get Earl Grey tea when I select it on the menu.
The location was good filled with tranquility and we enjoyed the river view and wild life.
At arrival there was a smell of stagnant water in a drain, and the water from the bath was just not clean, which I assumed was as a result of the facility not being used regularly.

Property is on the river. Absolutely stunning. Well equipped, everything you need for a self catering stay. Also close to the restaurant

The place was really nice and the view of the river
We couldn't use our unit braai (and we were not informed of it before check in there was a note on the braai saying it is out of order
When paying so much money per night it is quite disappointing
There was a power outage and when we called reception they were quite rude and not very assistive
Also just want to add that as a replacement for the braai not working they put a small weber braai there and it was quite difficult to braai all the food as we are a big family hence we booked a 6 sleeper unit
