Location was great and cost was decent.

Cleanness could have been better. I reported that there were hair on the white bed sheets, stains on the comforter, floors needed to be cleaned and missing light bulbs in the bedroom. I reported these concerns however no response for anyone - Vacasa. Furthermore, when booking on-line never once did booking, the website or Vacasa explain that no motor cycles were allowed. Days before my arrival I get an email stating that the HOA doesn’t allowed motor cycles, boats, or trailers. The whole meaning of my trip was to use our motor cycle! Calling multiple time to Vacasa being told that I couldn’t receive a refund due cancellation policies. I did not receive information about the HOA policies until days after booking, in which should have been displayed on the website with Booking.com and Vacasa. When arriving at the location what do we see multiple motor cycles, boats and trailers parked in parking spaces! HOA or Vacasa one of you are a liar! I have pictures to prove this. For the homeowners thank you for the stay it was nice. However, my family and I will never stay at another place under management with Vacasa.
