- Smoking Policy:
This unit is designated as a non-smoking unit. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit and on the property.
- Age Restrictions:
We do not cater to*students or groups of individuals under the age of 25, unless the booking is for adult parents with their children.
All persons in the booking must be over the age of 25 unless traveling with children and accompanied by parents.
- Rental Agreement:
A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.
The agreement will be emailed to you and must be returned by fax, USPS, or email.

A great place to stay. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we felt at home. We had a problem with the drain and maintenance came right away. Gated community and great location near all the stores and close to the beach. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place.

We loved it. Quiet nice area. They even let me get my mail which was a great help, first time for that convience. Everything was just as advertised.

We arrived at Myrtle Beach Int. Airport around 1:30 am and since the rental car station had closed by that time had to take a taxi to North Myrtle Beach. Picking up the keys was quick and easy, got to the rental apartment within 5 min. When we opened the door to our apartment the place smelled and looked nice and clean. Sadly, around our arrival every store nearby had been closed and we could not find anything to drink or eat. After a long day we fell right asleep. After having a closer look in the morning, the place seemed to be okay. Not super clean but ok. Some furniture and rugs looked kind of rough. The pool area was really nice and the „neighbors“ had been very welcoming. We did really enjoy our stay and had a wonderful time! Felt really save and it was easy getting around from there, lots of shops and cafes and restaurants near by.
