Magnifique vue sur la mer, un petit+déjeuner servie à la chambre en supplément très complet et au choix, emplacement pratique près d'une plage avec une partie publique et juste en face de l'arrêt de bus donc très peu de marches à monter avec les bagages. Personnel très aimable.

L'emplacement comporte des inconvénients qui nuisent à l'expérience globale. Horaires de bus non fiables et rares passages donc il faut toujours attendre dans la chaleur avec un risque de rater une correspondance par exemple. Privilégier le taxi. L'escalier pour rejoindre la place est très long, donc pour les sportifs. Enfin, pour le prix de la chambre et sous canicule, au moins une petite bouteille d'eau offerte aurait été la bienvenue. Une bouteille nous a toujours été offerte dans d'autres hôtels ou B&B moins chers en Italie pendant la canicule donc c'était surprenant. Nous avons très mal dormi sams trop savoir pourquoi.

So the first thing we noticed as we enetred the room was a small balcony. We loved the views that you get to see from the balcony of your room. It's breathtaking and beautiful. The room is equipped with a cupboard to store all your items, has a TV that works well and a bathroom with shower which was nice. The water pressure in the shower is excellent and you get hot water at all times which was good.

There are many things we didn't like about this room. 1. The room has a lot of black mold on the walls, ceilings and worst EVEN BEDSHEETS! The dirty black mold was in the shower area, behind the cupboards and in so many hidden spaces that it felt very disgusting at times. 2. The safe/security deposit box in the room does not work. 3. The double room with balcony is extremely small compared to the images shown. So don't rely on the photos you see. 4. The rooms are not soundproof and the noise from the bikes, other guests and boats gets loud. 5. The most bad part was THE AC! If kept on auto mode the AC makes so much sound that it is very disturbing. In general too this is a very loud and noisy AC and if you are a light sleeper you will have a problem. The other thing we would like to mention is that our check out time was 11am however we had requested a late checkout of 12pm which was granted to us by the receptionist. I think she didn't communicate this to her team and therefore since 11am we had multiple different staff members of the hotel knock and bang very loudly on our door to tell us to check out. We had to keep repeating to each one of them that we were granted 1 hour extra. I feel the hotel should communicate with their staff that a room or guest has been given extra time so to not disturb them. VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that this hotel says they have a beachfront property however to access the beach you have to go down 500 steep steps!! The steps are very small, narrow and dangerous. We asked the hotel if there is any other way to reach their beach and they said maybe in June they will start a boat service but as of now the 500 crazy steps are the only option.
