a fantastic trip with friends

Excellent property, we all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend JAD rooms to friends and family. The location and beach facilities were great, easy to get to bars and restaurants nearby. Comfy sunbeds is always a bonus, and amazing sunsets from the beach terrace. Staff were super friendly and helpful and catered for a large group of us, great communication throughout. The room was very modern and clean, bed was super comfy.

Maybe would have been nice to have clean towels a little more frequently, also we lacked somewhere to hang any wet clothing or towels to dry in our room so maybe a drying rack or something like additional rails in the bathroom. very minor things that didn't deduct from an overall great experience.

When we come back to Sarande, we will definitely book JAD’s again.

The hosts are very nice and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved it.

Good apartment and location, most of all amazing host and staff!

The apartment was very new and clean and located very nicely. But mostly our stay was unforgettable because of the amazing host and all the other staff. They are super kind and we were welcomed like family. Thank you again for this amazing experience!

We wouldn’t hesitate to go back again or recommend the JAD Rooms

We loved absolutely everything about the JAD Rooms. Our room was gorgeous. Beautifully equipped with brand new ‘top quaility’ fixtures and fittings. The beds and pillows were also top quality and so comfortable, I must also mention the wonderful aroma from the bed linen. Simply gorgeous. On opening the curtains with the remote control, the swimming pool was directly outside our patio doors. A few steps further, we were on our sun lounges enjoying panoramic views of the sea and beach area with drinks from the bar in our hands. The location was perfect for us, situated in a fabulous area with excellent restaurants, rooftop / bars, supermarkets ect I must also give a ‘shout out’ to Alda who manages the rooms. Communication was excellent and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her.

Enjoyable place to be in Saranda

The staff leaded by Alda was nice and friendly all the time that made our stay so easy and enjoying. The room was in a pristine condition and well designed with all the needs met. The pool with easy access , the sun beds available on the deck and under near by the sea offered memorable sunsets . A+ for all!!

SUPER !

L’établissement est très propre Nous y avons séjourné en famille c’est spacieux il y a une piscine et la mer à deux pas tout ça est compris dans le prix du logement. Allez-y sans hésiter. Notre hôte Alda était disponible et très efficace. On leur remercie encore pour ce séjour et leur dit à l’année prochaine.!

Les places de parking sont assez restreintes comme partout à saranda ce n’est pas spécifique à cet établissement

Fantastisk

Fantastisk sted som vi varmt anbefaler. Så søde værter. Alda og hendes mand er meget hjælpsomme. Moderne faciliteter. Familiær atmosfære. Søde piger i strandbaren, dejligt med kolde øl og sodavand. Rigtig fin lille lejlighed. Fin lille pool. Fin lille stenstrand -husk badesko. Masser af gode restauranter i nærområdet. Parkering er lidt udfordrende, men vi fandt et parkeringshus 150 meter henne ad gangen, hvor vi betalte 7900 LEK for 7 nætter (det var et ufærdigt lejlighedskompleks som midlertidigt blev brugt) Håber vi kommer tilbage en dag -så skal vi helt klar bo hos Alda igen.

الموقع ممتاز إلا أنه في منحدر شديد تعامل المضيفة ممتاز جدا أمام الشاطئ مباشرة وفيه مسبح مميز

موقع السويت السفلي لا يطل على البحر بل على المسبح الواي فاي ضعيف ويتعطل أحيانا وشبكة الاتصال عموما ضعيفة المصعد للدور العلوي صغير وفيه أصوات مخيفة

Tyylikäs siisti huoneisto, josta suora kulkuyhteys altaalle. Superystävällinen omistaja, joka auttoi kaikessa ❤️. Aurinkotuolit altaalla, aurinkokannella ja rannalla!! Rauhallinen sijainti ja kaikki tarvittava lähell. Myös lyhyt kävelymatka kävelykaturantaan.
