I am a frequent traveler, but this is maybe the worst place ever in my life stayed! Never recommend to anyone!
Nothing is good, never try to stay here!very poor for the price and service, we are traveling in France for one month, this is definitely the worst hotel we ever stayed! I don’t even understand why booking.com list them!
1. When we reach there, the hotel said they are not going to provide bedding and towel, 12€ for each bed and 6€ for each towel! we have to pay them, I was totally shocked, but anyway we don’t have a choice, we paid them in Cash.
2. When we reach the hotel, we found everywhere is at a mess, and ridiculously, we have to do the bedding by ourselves, and I spent almost two hours to finished the bedding, but still not perfect at all.
3. The pillow is actually not pillow, it’s some Sofa Cushions，and very wide and square in size, the cover for the pillows the house owner provided doesn’t fit in at all.
4. The house owner claimed there are 4 beds inside, but actually there are only a bunk bed are two very broken old dirty sofas inside！
5. There is no floor drain in the bath, that’s really crazy because you have to very cautious when you are shower.
6. There is nothing they provide for you, even no simple shampoo and shower gel.
7. The house owner requested us to give him compensation because when we left we didn’t help them throw the trash away on the street, as we were ski with children, there was only my mother in the room with my little son, she couldn’t make that, and when we came back, she has already came downstairs. But this is really absurd, that’s mean the house owner doesn’t want to spend a cent for maintain the house including a cleaner! And we spent over 300€ per night for just maybe a 15 square meters apartment! That’s really insane!
8. The house owner also requested us to pay a tax of 99€ in cash for two nights, while when I booked in booking.com they stated that all tax had included.
9. The apartment is really very poor in condition, almost everything is in poor quality, I don’t know why they even put those things inside which they supposed to throw them away, maybe they think people stay there is only for tourism!

Nous avons été obligés de prendre un autre logement car les draps et les serviettes n’étaient pas à l’appartement.
Rien, nous n’y avons pas dormi.
Le propriétaire n’a pas fait le nécessaire pour que les draps et serviettes (comme demandé à la réservation) n’était plus accessibles après 19:30.
Le propriétaire nous à même sous entendu que le checkin était à 16:00 et non à partir de 16:00 (très compliqué pour une location un vendredi soir après le travail !). Bref, sans draps ni serviettes nous avons été obligés de trouver un autre logement à 20:30 ! De plus ce dernier refuse de rembourser la location !!! Je déconseille fortement !
