الشقة نظيفة والأثاث مميز وبها كامل المرافق، المطبخ متكامل. حسن تعامل صاحبة العقار مميز جداً، الشقة يوجد بها موقف خاص. توجد ساحة لعب أطفال تبعد 5 دقائق مشيا. يوجد سوبرماركت يبعد 7 دقائق بالسيارة.
