Very clean, well taken care, convenient apartment / aparthotel: owners are lovely, location is convenient to explore the lovely Altopiano di rodengo / luson which is truly a gem!

Two things: 1) as many similar places around the world choose to do these days, the building construction and all materials / furniture. / floors are synthetic…it is a shame: one would hope that in such paradise of alto adige ikea type materials would not be used, ever. Yet the cupboards; the table, the shelves are all made in MDF (medium density fibers) or similar man made wood and fibres products. Permanent chemicals (PFAS) and volatile organic compounds like formaldehyde become an issue then. Few customers would travel with handheld Multi-Gas Air Quality Monitors but if you do, which we do, it becomes shocking. Double shocking to see this in alto Adige where it was never an issue decades ago. Better would have been if all was built naturally as they used to build in Alto Adige: hand made custom fitted, choosing only local natural untreated just oiled pine and larch wood, no chemicals: not only it would be healthy, but you would walk in delightfully smelling rooms where the larch / pine wood would fill your lungs of relaxing and healthy scents. It is no fault to the owners: it was a choice…build for modern aspirational appearance rather then build for hand made authentic substance. But it is sad. This is the same it is happening all over the world with food, healthcare, finance…selling appearance over substance. 2) breakfast is arranged with care with love by the owners every morning. Only would be better if products were fresh: juices freshly squeezed rather than bottled, fruit (some is fresh) all fresh rather than canned and fresh, pastries and bread straight from a bakery: that said the breakfast is ok if you make your own in your apartment abd expect a simple breakfast in case you can’t.
