Great location in central Stamford. Nicely decorated, modern with all the amenities required.
Not really the properties fault but stifling hot in the 30+ degree heat.
3 fans provided but they really just moved warm air around. The beds up in the eaves were particularly difficult to sleep in. Provision of an aircon unit may be something to think about for the future.

Comfortable, cosy, homely accommodation

Good central heating
Beds were small, we are used to king size at home so difficult to get used to and did not have very restful sleep
The rear bedroom has a spring mattress which is a nightmare to sleep on and every time you move it is so squeeky
Both toilet seats were loose and need fixing

Location was great, just a 3-minute walk into town. Pubs, cafes, the park were all on the doorstep. The apartment was well-equipped and converted to a high standard.
The mattress on our bed wasn't the best; one side was quite springy and uncomfortable. It wouldn't stop me from booking again, but it's something that could be replaced to provide a more restful stay.
