Goos value for money, but not comfortable for 5

Double bedroom is comfortable, property was clean, easy check in

I’ve booked for 5 but the sofá bed is not comfortable and also no curtains in one of the windows at the living room. The bedroom to the bunk bed has no door, so no privacy. On the ground floor someone left dogs sleeping outside in the garden and they were barking and howling many hours until late night. One of the neighbours came to ask about when i left the property and told me it’s an ongoing problem and it’s disturbing her for many nights. It was really hard to fall sleep with the dog howling loud. I don’t know if the dogs are from someone that look after the flats but for sure something to be looked at as it’s really disturbing.

Propreté, espace confortable. Très bonne literie.

Très mal isolé du logement supérieur. Vieux planchers. Impossible de dormir tant qu'il y a du mouvement à l'étage où le matin dès que les occupants se lèvent.

Goede locatie, weinig comfort, hygiëne en gastvrijheid

De locatie was zeer handig voor een bezoekje aan Plopsaland. Het was een ruime accomodatie

De host was zeer onvriendelijk. Wanneer we moeilijkheden ondervonden met de code om toegang te verkrijgen tot de locatie werden we zeer onvriendelijk uitgescholden per telefoon. Ook was het appartement afgeleefd, niet erg hygiënisch en was er zeer slechte issolatie waardoor we constant gestamp van de bovenburen konden aanhoren.

Komplette Entspannung an einem schönen Ort

Das gesamte Apartment ist ein Traum. Man konnte sich vollkommen entfalten und wohlfühlen mitten im Ort. Dort ist es auch nicht so laut wie am Strand. Die Gastgeberin war sehr spontan und zuvorkommend, als eine Freundin, die von weit angereist war, eine Unterkunft suchte.

Unverschämt!

Leider kann ich die Unterkunft als solche nicht bewerten: als wir ankamen war diese bereits belegt!! An dem Abend wurde sie also doppelt gebucht!! Wir haben mehrmals versucht, die Vermieterin zu erreichen, leider ohne Erfolg. Es war allerdings schon spät. Wir haben dann Nachrichten hinterlassen, auf die bis dato keine Rückmeldung erfolgt ist. Wir mussten uns dann ein teures Hotel in der Nähe noch finden und haben noch keine Rückerstattung der Buchung erhalten! Unverschämt!

Il manquait pas mal de choses, papier WC 1 rouleau entamé pour 4 personnes, sel, poivre un minimum au moins. Pas de thé ni de chocolat comme annoncé. L’appartement n’est pas au rez-de-chaussée ni au premier étage considéré comme 2ème étage

Je n'ai rien à redire sur le logement ni sur l'emplacement. C'est superbe, l'hôte était super et la comm

L'emplacement était facile à trouver, toutes les instructions avaient été envoyées par courrier électronique à l'avance et il y avait un parking juste en face de la route.

Ma femme est allergique aux chiens. Avant notre arrivée, j'ai reçu un e-mail m'informant que tout animal devait être déclaré et qu'un supplément de 14,90 € était à payer (éventuellement pour le ménage). Ils fonctionnent donc sur un principe de confiance. Dès notre arrivée, ma femme a commencé à ressentir des symptômes : elle avait les yeux larmoyants et la gorge irritée, ce qui laissait présager la présence d'un chien. L'hôte précédent n'avait donc pas été honnête concernant la présence d'un animal, ou le ménage n'avait pas été fait suffisamment soigneusement. J'ai contacté l'hôte le lendemain matin, qui n'a jamais reconnu l'inconfort ressenti par ma femme. J'ai simplement reçu un e-mail en réponse pour me demander un avis. Si vous ne souffrez pas d'allergies, vous n'en saurez rien, mais il est clair que le principe de confiance ne fonctionne pas, car les voyageurs abusent de la bonne volonté de l'hôte. Acceptez ou non les chiens ! Ainsi, les personnes qui n'ont pas de chien, comme ma femme et moi, ont le choix de séjourner ou non. Je pense que l'hôte devrait préciser dès la réservation que des chiens ont séjourné dans cette propriété. Si j'avais su cela dès la réservation, nous n'y serions jamais allés. Dès que j'ai reçu l'e-mail concernant les frais liés à la présence d'animaux, ma femme et moi avons su ce qui allait se passer. Heureusement, ma femme avait un antihistaminique qui a soulagé ses symptômes d'allergie. Cependant, ce n'est pas idéal de devoir prendre un comprimé pour séjourner dans cette propriété et cela a gâché la soirée de ma femme.

Bon emplacement proche de plopsaland, décoration sympa. Parking gratuit proche. Récupération simple des clés.

Désolée mais je ne peux mettre le 10/10 que vous me demandez (et que je donne facilement, du reste... ). Le canapé ne peut pas à mon sens être considéré comme un lit en tant que tel, il est vraiment très très inconfortable, et il s'ouvre sur un lit de miettes écœurant. Pour moi le logement est confortable pour 4 personnes, pas pour 5. Attention aussi, la 2ème chambre n'en est pas vraiment une, elle n'a pas de porte. Les murs, et particulièrement ceux du plafond, sont mal insonorisés, on entend les conversations et les pas des voisins du dessus, impossible de dormir tant qu'ils ne dorment pas...

Schöne Lage, aber hellhörig

Die Lage war super, Laufweite zu den Dünen und Strand, mit Bäckerei um die Ecke. Die Wohnung sah auch super aus, auf den ersten Blick. Es war schön eine Kaffeemaschine zu haben. Die Betten waren bequem.

Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig und man hat jeder Fußstapfen von oben gehört. Es gab irgendwo in der Nähe eine Party oder Disko, was man Nachts länger gehört hatte. Die Beleuchtung hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Es gab keine Leselampen, man musste die grosse Lichte benutzen. Die Matten auf den Tisch waren nicht sauber und die Stühle sahen auch nicht wirklich sauber aus. Es hat auch eine Erklärung von Recycling gefehlt, also weiss ich nicht ob wir den Müll richtig entsorgt haben.

Appart vraiment sympa pour un sejour en famille. Y a tout ce qu’il faut, la cuisine est tres pratique et les lits confortables. C’etait propre et bien placer pour visiter les alentours. Merci pour l’acceuil chaleureux, on reviendra surement

Relativement propre mais quelques verres et tasses n'étaient pas propre, des cheveux restaient dans les tiroirs de la salle de bain, les fils du sèche serviette était dénudé mais ça va pas branché à la prise
