About this apartment rental
We offer a furnished apartment, bright with a neat decoration, with a garage.
It is located 50 m from the beach, in a quiet street parallel to the dike.
This unit has 3 bedrooms equipped with wash basins. 2 of them also have showers. Linen and towels are not provided. There is no washing machine, but a laundry nearby.
The living room is 32m2, with TV screen TNT channels.
the kitchen is separate, equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster.
WIFI is available.
However, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Rentals of a minimum of 3 nights are from 47 € according to the calendar and the seasons.
Water, electricity charges are included. Heating is extra on meter reading.
The tourist tax is 0.83 € per night and per person over 18 years.
Cleaning can be done by you or charged 45 €.
Deposit / Security deposit of 300 € is to be paid upon delivery of the keys.
The tourist tax, cleaning, the deposit can be added to the estimate on request or paid locally.
All shops, bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, restaurants, breweries are nearby, all on foot

Die Wohnung im Zweifamilienhaus ist super zentral zur Strandpromenade und zum Geschehen rund um Markt, Wochenmarkt und Musikveranstaltungen in den Sommermonaten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und haben uns toll empfangen. Auch die Rückübergabe hat super pünktlich funktioniert. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden um zurecht zu kommen, teilweise was älter so wie zum Beispiel der Backofen (eher ein Brötchenofen). Der Garten welcher sich geteilt wird mit der anderen Mietpartei ist nicht ganz so doll gepflegt. Aber wir haben es uns trotzdem schön gemacht.
Alles in allem, können wir das Objekt gut empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah zum Strand und zentral zum Ort. Sie ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Badesachen können auf einer Wäschespinne im Garten getrocknet werden. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den freundlichen Vermietern.
