    After a 20 hour travel day with an toddler and arriving late at night, we wanted somewhere close to the airport. First, the staff were just wow. We used their shuttle service which was very fast. The staff were lovely and helped with all our luggage. The room itself is basic (as expected) but it was very clean and the air con worked very well. There were several eateries within a 2/3 min walk for breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again

    I had a disappointing stay at Vivian Airport Hotel. While it is marketed as a basic, value-for-money option, I found the reality to be quite different. The maintenance is poor; I encountered leaking taps and wet areas throughout the room, and the flooring was slippery and felt unsafe. The amenities need significant improvement. The towels were old, the mattress was of low quality and very springy, and the TV was essentially non-functional. Furthermore, the service was minimal, and I found it difficult to communicate with the staff due to a significant language barrier. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money.
