This stone villa may not be to everyone’s tastes, but if you’re looking for a unique property, with a private pool and mountain and sea views, it ticks all the boxes. Situated on a hill above the village of Armenoi, the home is just 400 metres from the village square. And while its stone walls and arches give the villa a traditional feel, it’s actually newly built. Location-wise, you’re 10 kilometres from Rethymnon, where you’ll find a long sandy beach, a Venetian harbour lined with tavernas, and a picturesque old town. Home truths: *While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *The swimming pool is open from April to November. It isn't fenced so children will need to be supervised at all times. *The home is located close to neighbours so it won’t suit those looking for total seclusion. *Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay. *Events may be held here, though you'll be limited to twelve guests. *Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to three cars.
