Villa Pauline

Indescribably different and quirky. We loved it!! Have never seen another hotel like this. Like being in a museum and a must see. Michel was incredibly charming and interesting and we loved talking with him. Breakfast was delicious especially the croissants. Eggs were superb. Strong recommendation to stay here if you are in the Avignon area And michel’s recommendation for dinner near the Palais du Papes was spot on.

The outside could use a bit of sprucing up but it was easily overlooked.

We loved the beautiful property filled with eclectic art and treasures. The breakfasts were superb, and the pool was heaven. But most of all, we loved our hosts, who welcomed us like family. I recommend this charming B & B and would absolutely stay again.

We loved everything in villa Pauline. The suites are fabulously spacious and beautifully decorated . The welcome is exceptional . We arrived well ahead of the check in time but Michel was on hand to meet us and within ten minutes had us set on bikes and off to Avignon for the afternoon . The breakfast is so generous and the shared area with fellow guests is sublime . It has an oasis to the rear with pool and gardens complete with golden tiger statue and herd of deer watching over us. This is accommodation on the next level .. it is like staying in an art gallery . You will not find another like it and we will be looking for a reason to come back and stay again

Wonderful room, lovely garden, nice swimming pool. Great breakfast. Exceptionally lovely and helpful host and hostess. He even drove us into the city on our departure.
