Just wonderful!

What stood out to us most were our hosts—they were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive to our needs. We also loved the location. Being so close to the beach and numerous hiking trails made our trip truly restful. Even though the house is on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet inside since it’s set back a bit. The lawn and outdoor seating area were a real delight. Plus, within just 500 meters you’ll find a good grocery store, a fantastic bakery, and excellent cafes.

Perfect place to relax and recharge!

The apartment is exactly as in the picture. Very spacious, very light. The space is void of clutter and what is in the space is well chosen and curated, very well designed. The sauna is superb and so is the entire garden area. The location is great to take long walks by the lake. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We really missed nothing. Absolutely wonderful, one of the best stays we had!

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage war perfekt, die Besitzer waren immer schnell zu erreichen und super freundlich. Die Wohnung ist total schick, modern ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit unserem ein jährigen Sohn da und alles hat gestimmt. Auf Wunsch haben wir Reisebett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Traumhafte Unterkunft ganz nah am Tegernsee

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und hat eine ganz tolle und stilvolle Ausstattung. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Bei dem wunderschönen Garten wäre ein Grill noch toll ;)

Abbiamo soggiornato come base per la fiera di Monaco. Fantastica location, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna ma soltanto perché non avevamo tempo! Un grazie a Philipp per la gentilezza.

Für Familien die beste Möglichkeit, Urlaub am Tegernsee zu machen. Spielplatz und Restaurants sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder 😊👍🏽

Super Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, der Empfang sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um in der Gegend viele Unternehmungen zu machen. Die Gastgeber standen immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Sauna mit Blick auf den See ist ein Highlight, nach einem Spaziergang genau das richtige zum Aufwärmen.

Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen

Die kleine Sauna im Garten war ein Highlight! Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und sorgt direkt für ein gutes feeling. Die Lage direkt am See also perfekt um schnell reinzuspringen und sich im Anschluss in der Sauna zu wärmen.

Hygge schlafen am Tegernsee

Hygge wird hier ganz groß geschrieben. Die Gastgeber legen sehr viel Wert darauf, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Apartment ist gemütlich, hell und komfortabel eingerichtet. Eine Vase mit Nelken empfing uns in dem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit dem riesigen Rundbogenfenster. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf den See und man schaltet sofort vom Alltag ab. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und baten für alle Fragestellungen großzügige Lösungen an. Wir kommen wieder!
