La posizione; accanto la metro, una postazione fissa taxi, un deposito valigie, supermercato e quant'altro. L'appartamento è pulito, arredato con mobili di pregio e silenzioso. Cucina e bagno sono molto puliti e forniti di tutto il necessario (sapone, strofinacci, asciugamani...) Il letto è comodo con lenzuola e cuscini puliti e profumati. Un particolare ringraziamento va all'host Francesca persona gentilissima e professionale sempre presente e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

The place is yours, no flatmates, so that was nice. It's got a nice vintage vibe and is cozy. Lots of blankets to make yourself warm. Proper kitchen where everything works, has the basic appliances one may need. Fantastic location, right outside metro, 20 min walk to Trevi, close to shopping area of Spanish Gardens
The towels were abysmal, thin, didn't absorb a thing, old and smelly, absolutely gross. There was no change of towels either and we stayed 3 nights. The shower gel and soap were so watered down, that they were basically water. No shampoo/conditioner was provided.
We were also asked to pay "tourist tax" on check-in, which we weren't warned about nor got a receipt for, so it's just 'black money', and we were expected to have cash too, not cool at all. The kitchen had most things, eg kettle, glasses, but there was no tea or coffee, for the price charged could provide some very basic ones from the supermarket across the street, which costs €4. We had to buy a bag, but what do we do with it when we fly back after just 3 days? Wasteful.
Lastly, we didn't care for it, but there's no TV and only 1 socket on the right of the bed, no extension cable for the person on the other side to charge their appliances. The hairdryer was quite weak, it worked for me, but my mum struggled. It also doesn't fit the socket well, so be careful unplugging it - you might take the whole socket out with it. Pillows were old and saggy, fine with me as i sleep without one, but my mum struggled.

A anfitriã foi extremamente simpática e prestativa durante toda a estadia.
O local também estava limpo, organizado e bem cuidado, o que tornou o ambiente agradável.
O ponto mais negativo da nossa estadia foi a cobrança inesperada de 50 euros pelo check-in tardio. No site informava que o check-in poderia ser feito das 15h até meia-noite, e nós havíamos informado que chegaríamos às 20h. No entanto, recebemos uma mensagem dizendo que haveria taxas extras após certos horários, algo que não estava claro no momento da reserva. Além disso, tivemos que pagar 40 euros de taxa de turismo e o táxi do aeroporto custou 55 euros, totalizando 145 euros logo na primeira hora na cidade, o que foi bastante frustrante (e foi a única cidade das 6 que visitamos que tivemos esse tipo de problema).
Também tivemos problemas com o aquecimento do quarto, que não funcionava mesmo com o frio intenso. Depois colocaram um aquecedor portátil, porém entraram no quarto enquanto estávamos fora sem nos avisar previamente, o que nos deixou desconfortáveis.
Outro ponto foi o chuveiro, pois a água quente acabava rapidamente e era necessário esperar cerca de 30 minutos a 1 hora para aquecer novamente.
