Fantastic central position with plenty of space and comfort!

The location of this property is excellent! The property offers a remote key therefore easy to access and no need to wait for owner to hand over the keys. The property is spacious, comfortable and has most of what you need for a comfortable stay. I shared it with a colleague and we were both happy with it. We will certainly come back!

I would suggest the shower head to be looked at and to have a kettle in the kitchen as this was the only item missing, however this did not impact on our stay s we had a travel kettle with us.

Excellent choice for exporting centre of Reggio Emilia.

Well furnished, good kitchen comfortable beds. Very good location for city centre exploring. Quiet location too, in lovely building

Difficult access due to being in a ZTL zone so parking some distance away. It would have been helpful to know this in advance to buy a pass.

Trotz zentraler Lage keine Empfehlung - heiß und stickig, keine Klimatisierung.

Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage, daher aber laut und keine Parkmöglichkeit

Zugang nur über elektronischen Schlüssel – das ist theoretisch bequem, setzt aber Internet auf dem Handy voraus und man muss sich erst auf einer weiteren Seite vollständig registrieren. Es gab zudem einen Stromausfall und somit war der Zugang verwehrt. Nur mit Glück haben wir es bei starkem Regen noch in die Wohnung geschafft und wir konnten die Wohnung nicht mehr verlassen. Das Zugangssystem hat keine Notversorgung und es gab in der Wohnung auch keinen Ersatzschlüssel. Kommunikation nicht auf Englisch möglich. Der Vermieter macht sich nicht die Mühe zu übersetzen und antwortet auf Italienisch. Es gibt keine Klimatisierung, auch wenn die Fenster teilweise Öffnungen für mobile Klimageräte hatten. Sobald es warm wird, muss man die Fensterläden schließen, die teilweise sehr schwergängig sind, und dann ist es heiß und stickig in der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist eine Mischung aus alten Möbeln, die den Weg zum Sperrmüll verpasst haben und lieblosen Billigdiscount. Der alte von Holzwurm zerfressene Parkettboden knarrt laut bei jedem Schritt. Alte abgenutzte braune Sofagarnitur und Sessel, überzogen mit dreckigem Synthetiküberzug, die nur auf den Bildern eine gute Figur machen, aber unbequem sind. Küche und Bad sind nur notdürftig ausgestattet und lieblos eingerichtet. Das Licht am Spiegelschrank war nicht angeschlossen. Von der Gardinenstange am 2. Fenster im Wohnzimmer waren nur noch die Haken lose an der Wand. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hatte keinen Empfang und ließ sich nicht einstellen. Die Fenster waren dreckig und Zigarettenkippen auf der Fensterbank davor. Der Aufgang des Hauses war dreckig und nicht gepflegt. Reparaturen werden nicht erledigt und sind teilweise seit Jahren überfällig. Der Vermieter scheint nicht seriös zu sein. Es gibt trotzt mehrmaliger Aufforderung keine Rechnung, nur Ausreden und Vertröstungen! Wenn sie einen stressfreien und erholsamen Aufenthalt haben wollen ist diese Wohnung keine Empfehlung

La posizione.

Mobilia da rivedere assolutamente, tra il super economico e l'antico. La pulizia poteva essere molto meglio, le finestre erano sporche. Nella doccia non usciva bene l'acqua.

Assenza di pulizia del palazzo e problemi con la doccia. L’acqua dal soffione non scendeva e abbiamo dovuto usare il doccino con difficoltà in quanto non è stato semplice attivarlo con anche una parte metallica che ci è rimasta in mano.
