No hot water=cold showers

The price seemed ok

No hot water. We had 2 rooms and neither had hot showers. Mine was room temp at best. I told the staff and she said it was due to too many using the shower at one time but we were there for a few days so this couldn’t have been the case for every shower. At checkout, it appeared that she never reported the problem. Our room was also missing amenities. No tissues or soap. The plug ins were very hard to get to also due to them being behind the headboards that were bolted in place.

The location and cleanliness were great! Staff was also friendly.

The mattress in our room was old and lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The comforter also was not thick and you could tell it was old as well. The cracks in the door leading to the hall were extremely wide and let LOTS of light through and I was able to see when people walked by. Our AC unit also made a TERRIBLE noise and sounded like a buzzer going off.

Our new home away from home.

Great location and a great price for a one bedroom apartment. We love the full kitchen - it allows me to make a full, hot breakfast each morning without having to leave the room.

This time we were in room 303. We had to run the "hot" water for ~5 minutes to get it just luke-warm. It never really did get hot. It was barely warm enough to shower. This is the first time we've had this issue at this hotel. Also, they decided to stop keeping the front desk open 24 hours/day half-way through our stay. There was no coffee available in the lobby when we got back from Silver Dollar City @ 9:30 PM. There was still no coffee available when I went down at 6:30 the next morning. Apparently, the lobby is now closed from 10 PM till 8 AM.

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything and easy to get around all the traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been in many places but I do think I like this one the best. And yes ill be booking again for next year's

The only thing I can think of is getting some type of reflective thing to put at the beginning of entrance. At night coming down the hill a slight curve it was hard to see the entrance and possibly adding another washer and dryer

Little things could make it better are: a clock for the bedroom nightstand, dishes that could be microwaved, hooks in the bathroom , more laundry available (only one set and it was out of order). The apartment furniture is pretty worn and tired.

Reasonable rates at a great location.

Great location and a great price for a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The front-desk clerk (I don't remember her name) was very friendly and helpful with our request for an early check-in.

At this hotel, some TV stations match their assigned channel number while many do NOT. Also, in our room (413), the "stops" on the water valve for the bathtub were messed up, making it difficult to mix the water temperature. The valve needs to be replaced.

Will Book Again

We absolutely loved the apartment, and will probably book this every time we come to Branson. It was nice and roomy, had 2 tvs, had dishes in the kitchen already, etc. It was so nice. We loved having an oven instead of just a stove top like some places do. The bed was also very comfortable.

Calling this a “resort” is a joke - don’t waste your money.

Clean, and location was right off the strip so it was convenient to get to most activities.

It was rough - clean, but a lot of damage to furniture and walls that were poorly repaired. The guy at the desk was also super rude and had a very “I don’t get paid enough to care” attitude. Our first night there were teenagers running the halls banging on people’s doors and the staff did NOTHING about it. They proceeded to run around the second night we were there also. The pool was out of order as well as one of the elevators, which was both inconvenient and a real bummer for my toddler. The “Branson Club” they boast is actually a literal hallway with a foosball table (no ball) and some outdoor jenga blocks to play on the floor. On our second night, our air conditioner leaked water from the wall all the way to the kitchen area and once again, staff did nothing, just brought us towels to mop it up and never sent maintenance as they said they would. At check in they’ll make sure to tell you they have an inventory of everything in your room in case things get stolen, and you’ll have about 4 reminders the day before you check out of the time you need to leave by - they’re very pushy. All in all, would never stay here again and wish I hadn’t wasted money on it in the first place.

The price for a one-bedroom apartment was reasonable. The location of the property is excellent, just off the main strip (by the outlet mall), within walking distance to several theaters, restaurants and shopping centers.

First of all, one of the two elevators was inoperable. Second (and more importantly) on the morning of our departure, I tried to take a shower at 6:30 AM, however, there was no water pressure. I kept checking on it all morning while I cooked breakfast and packed to check-out. Finally, at 9 AM (as I was walking out the door), I decided to check it again. Lo-and-behold it was finally working correctly. Too late for me.

Location was good. No main street noise and not too far to walk to the main street (if you can walk an incline for a while).

No curtains on the window so the lights outside shone into the room around the louvered blinds. They had not gotten a shipment of bar soap in so there was no soap in the bathroom for handwashing, showering, etc. Owner/manger should have figured something out till the shipment came in.
