This is a corner of paradise where you can take a break, relax, indulge in a book, memories or interesting conversations. There you are surrounded by peace and quiet, while the garden is simply incredible, Stathia is an extremely kind and responsive hostess who welcomes you with homemade lemonade and homemade cake. She speaks English and if you need anything she will do her best to help you. The villa itself is extremely close to the beach, which is nothing special. It is within walking distance, with no bumps. There are two cafes nearby. Ktima Zotos luxury exotic cottage is very well organized and extremely clean, the kitchen is well equipped. In the yard there is a very friendly helper - the dog Zuba, who accepts you as friends from the moment she sees you. Also, in my opinion, this is not a suitable place for teenagers who are looking for dynamics, lots of activities and a place for parties. I will definitely visit the villa again if I choose this area for a vacation in the future.

This is one of two vacation houses inside an estate that includes also the homes of the owner of the estate and her family. The estate is located in a very rural area to the south of Agria, near Soutrali beach. The estate itself is very well kepy with nice lawns and the houses were very convenient and nice to stay for our family. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook and the hosts even helped when we missed some flour for a pie from blackberries we picked. The hosts (the owner and her father) were super nice! we were greeted with lemonade and a cake, and they were very helpful. The beach is 5 min walk on a flat area, not problem and was nice. Agria has some nice restaurants for the evening if you like. The entire area around the estate was charming, with ripe figs, grapes and blackberries everywhere. A magical stay.

You must make sure you have the coordinates for the estate from the owner, since you cannot easily navigate the maze of rural roads on your own. But the owner made sure we had no problem.

Great place for families. We are family of 5 and we had perfect experience. the villa is surrounded by a big beautiful garden. The villa is well equipped with everything needed. The hosting family welcomed us with cold fresh lemonade and warm home backed cookies and were very helpful with any questions that we had. It shows that they really love hosting. 400m walking there is a nice beach with small taverna. there is also a public beach near by for these who prefer less crowded beaches.
