The apartment has two bedrooms, but one of them is very small.
The windows are old and single-glazed, which results in quite a lot of noise since the building is located right in front of a railway line, and the passing trains are very loud.
The bathroom is extremely small and doesn’t even have a single hook for towels.
It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
It is, however, in a good location, with a supermarket, many shops, and restaurants within walking distance.
