Posizione ottima, fronte mare e a due passi dal centro. Ambienti puliti e spaziosi, ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Molto apprezzati il posto auto in rimessa e lo spazio estero vista mare.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Der Lungomare ist enorm lang und man kann spazieren oder mit dem Velo fahren.
Die Läden sind auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Praia a Mare ist für Meerliebhaber ideal!
Wir waren im Januar dort bei angenehmen Frühlingstemperaturen. Man konnte die Wohnung gut heizen.
Auf Anfragen reagierte der Vermieter umgehend!
Wir kommen im nächsten Winter wieder zurück.
