Tolles Haus. Kurzer Weg vom Parkplatz auf der Straße, aber nichts weltbewegendes. Aussicht auf die Isola di Dino ist atemberaubend. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Kostenlose Parkplätze und Strände quasi direkt in sichtweite.
Große Wohnküche, sehr geräumig. Gartenstück lädt zum verweilen ein, aber da es ein Reihenhaus ist, ist man da nicht immer privat. Terrasse ist wahnsinnig schön.
Direkt an der SS18 in beide Richtungen.
Bei Anreise nicht ordentlich geputzt. Aber im Rahmen. Nach 30 Minuten war alles erledigt.
Kein wirkliches Minus, aber die Gäste vor uns waren teilweise nicht vorsichtig und hier und da sind Macken hinterlassen worden. Alles in Allem aber in Ordnung. Ein Moskitonetz ist Kaputt und wurde nicht ersetzt.
Vielleicht wichtig, 130qm beschreibt das gesamte Grundstück mit Haus. Der Wohnbereich hat Pi mal Daumen 70qm nutzbar.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief beizeiten schleppend.

Avrei apprezzato un forno a microonde, e un numero di tazze e posare adeguato per le persone ospiti della struttura
