Absolutely stunning home. Smelt beautiful when we walked in. Immaculate and so cosy, modern and well looked after. We didn’t want to come home. Will definitely be back

The house was very clean and extremely well equipped, you do not want for anything at all. Bedrooms very well sized and beds very comfortable. The shower is superb. Ideally located for both Windemere and Bowness, neighbours all nice and friendly, lovely road, with a shop situated less than 5 mins walk away which has all essentials and more.
I had to pick up 5 lots of dog poo from the back garden on arrival, I'm guessing this is down to the previous holidaymakers not clearing up after themselves and the owners just missing it this time.

Great house…very clean…nice spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything we needed.
Only one bathroom between x5 people but not a major issue.

The property was lovely, very modern yet homely, had all the necessary appliances and stuff for the dogs. The area was really quiet and there is a shop down the road which was a plus. It was in walking distance of Windermere main bars and restaurants.
The bed was very comfortable and I liked the smart tvs so was easier to watch programmes on apps. The house was nice and clean and was really comfortable. The walls are also quite thick so didn’t hear any noise which was nice.
The only negatives were that the oven wasn’t cleaned when we went to use it and I think some blinds in the property wouldn’t go amiss as felt like everyone could see in unless we drew the curtains. We arrived on the Sunday but the pin on the app was not the right one so couldn’t get the key and because it was a Sunday it was impossible to get in contact with anyone. However I had to look through all my emails and managed to find another pin for the key safe but this was different to the one presented on the app.
