The room they initially provided was absolutely horrible. It was extremely stinky, with a strong smell of urine throughout the room. The bedsheets were stained, dusty, and smelled terrible. The entire room was also infested with cockroaches. When we asked for a different room, they gave us another one in almost the exact same condition—except this room had even more cockroaches, including several under the bed. The washroom was disgusting, with used tissues and other dirty items left behind. When we requested a refund, they simply told us that the booking was non-refundable. How can a property refuse a refund when the room provided is completely unhygienic and unfit for staying? Even the cleaners behaved aggressively and acted more like goons than staff when we raised our concerns. This is one of the filthiest places I have ever seen. I genuinely regret booking this place and would not recommend it to anyone, not even for a couple of minutes. The hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable, and staying here could seriously put your health at risk. It is honestly shocking and disappointing that Agoda is promoting and listing such a place. This experience felt like a complete scam. Please think twice before booking this property and save yourself from the nightmare we experienced.

Great value for money , staff is attentive, enchancing the overall experience

I never saw such a worst hotel in my life, i recently stayed there for one night on 31st July 2026, the staff behaviour is so rude and uncooperative, I left the hotel at 3 o'clock at night The spring of the mattress in the bed came outside the mattress. The room I got was also very dirty.All the room photos uploaded are fake on agoda sight.I never expect that a booking sight like Agoda provides such a worst hotel to their customers.

Lot of construction activities behind the building throughout night makes it impossible to sleep . Check the location of the room before booking.
