Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad

Beautifully decorated room. Very clean. Great facilities. Excellent location with lots of very nice restaurants and cafés either in the same building or within walking distance. Very helpful staff. Arranged early breakfast and airport transfer for us.

Nothing

My very special thanks and appreciation to the Manager Ms Mahnoor who always provided the best hospitality and service to me with a big smile. Even during these most difficult times while dealing with very unpleasant and rude guests, I noticed her friendliness and smile never go away. I am also thankful to the rest of the staff at reception desk in particular Ms Sadia, Shahbaz, Farhat, who were always available to help. With my work assignments, I travel a lot and morning breakfast is something very special for me. Whenever I entered at the restaurant I was always welcomed by an extra ordinary smile and friendly assistance by Ms Sonja Zahid which let me forget the previous day stress and challenges. She was always serving with professionalism and dedication. Last but not least is Ms Nimra who had the most difficult and stressful job who was responsible for the egg station. She was trying to serve every guests in the shortest possible time but what was amazing her big smile

The BF was very rich for the locals but I had requested to add more Cereals and nuts etc for the health conscious guests. A coffee machine with beans will be highly recommended as the guests wanted freshly brewed coffee in the morning.
