My second stay at this property. Always clean, great facilities, nice modern room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, central location. I’ll stop here again.

The stay was genuinely great and everything was pretty much up to the mark especially the cleanliness of the room and the facilities provided within this price range I would particularly like to appreciate Umar who was extremely cooperative and available whenever needed. Every request we made was dealt with promptly and most things were sorted out with just one call The staff overall was really professional helpful and accommodating and honestly the experience felt very much like being at home Overall it was a really comfortable and pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend the place

Honestly there is literally nothing I could say they were off on lol. One of our colleagues wanted cigarettes at around 3 am and the staff somehow managed to get a packet at 3 am without even saying a single word I actually missed one of our meetings because I got late and the driver had already left. One of the staff members ended up dropping me there himself without saying anything and even though the location was around 8 to 10 km away he did it completely free of cost The level of hospitality and willingness to help was honestly exceptional. You rarely come across staff who are this cooperative and accommodating

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is conveniently situated in the Blue Area. I had booked a family room through Booking.com; however, the room description was vague and didn’t specify the type of beds provided. Based on the listing, I expected two master beds, but the room actually had one queen bed and one single bed, and it was much smaller than anticipated. Also the reception staff is not very welcoming. The room layout was also poorly designed — the washroom door opened directly in front of the beds, which felt uncomfortable. There was no air-circulating fan, and running the AC led to extremely low humidity, which disrupted our sleep. Basic amenities like a kettle or tea bags were missing in the room. Instead, guests are expected to use a shared kitchenette on the floor, which is not at all practical when you're staying with family. Cleanliness was also an issue — the commode was dirty when we checked in. The hotel does not have its own kitchen and relies on a partnership with Salt n Pepper. Even for a simple cup of tea, it is sourced from a roadside dhabba, which was quite disappointing. I had booked this place based on the positive reviews on Booking.com, but my experience did not match the expectations at all. There are definitely better options available in the same price range.
