The location is great. Quiet, but central. The flat is fully equipped.

It wasn’t easy to communicate with the host at all times. We couldn’t find the manual for internet connection but we figured it out. The bathroom gets a bit messy cause there’s no curtain to stop the water from the shower going to everywhere.

3rd floor, elevator, central location (Rotonda), fully equipped kitchen (new huge fridge with freezer, range, microwave, sink), renovated bathroom with washing machine, living room with couch, TV, desk, and a 2 person bedroom. The fotos are adequate. The balcony is some 50cm, suitable for drying clothes. It has sufficient air condition (living room and bedroom). I liked the complete facilities, the convenience of the location and the lively (students) neigberhood. The information of the host was clear and everything worked as expected. I would book again.

Here are things that I mention to know what you can expect. If its relevant is subjective: The windows are clean, yet old single glass windows and the walls are thin. You hear neighbours and the environment very well. The walls of the next building are infront of the windows. Your view is some 2-3 meters to the opposite walls (not uncommon in Thessaloniki). The internet connection I measured was between 3 and 8 Mbit download, depending on the time of the day.

Ο χώρος στην πραγματικότητα είναι καλύτερος από αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Έχει τα πάντα για πολυήμερη διαμονή λίγων ατόμων. Ο χώρος καθαρός και ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και επικοινωνιακός. Η θέση εξαιρετική είτε βρίσκεσαι στην πόλη για δουλειά είτε για διασκέδαση. Τα μπαράκια της γειτονιάς τέλεια και παρείστικα.
