Wir haben uns in der Oberwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen gemütlichen Balkon zu einer ruhigen Straße hin. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach ideal: Für Hundebesitzer perfekt: Nur wenige Meter bis zum Wald für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Zentral und dennoch ruhig: Sowohl die Stadt als auch der Kurpark sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Komfortabel: Ein eigener Parkplatz für jede der drei Wohnungen befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ich kommen gerne wieder!
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Bedienung der Wallbox war leider nicht herauszufinden. Vom Vermieter gab es auf Nachfrage leider nur die Information, wo sich die Karte befindet, aber keine Anleitung zur Nutzung. Hier wäre eine kurze Erklärung oder ein Hinweiszettel in der Wohnung hilfreich.

Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig 8-10 Minuten vom Kurpark entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz.
Der Wintergarten und der Balkon hätten etwas gepflegter sein können, aber haben wir eh kaum genutzt.

Unter dem Sofa lag eine Socke des Vorgängers. Spülmaschine war defekt und konnte nicht benutzt werden, es gab auch keinen Wintergarten das wir im Dachgeschoss untergebracht waren.
