De ligging was werkelijk fantastisch, midden in het centrum, supermarkt om de hoek evenals de bussen naar verschillende locaties

Het was niet schoon, ik weet niet hoelang er al niemand was geweest, maar er lag overal stof. Bank en eetkamer stoel had vlekken. Wij hebben dit bij de organisatie aangegeven en zij waren blij met de feedback en zouden de beheerder er op aanspreken

Location, we visited to watch the greatest showman, apartment is closer than we thought.

Not enough glasses, could be cleaner. No instruction on how to use the heating.

We could have done with more fairy for washing dishes as there aren't enough to keep putting them in the dishwasher. Kitchen roll would also be a great addition and an extra shower gel as there were 2 of us. It is noisy at night due to the central location

The location is very central for the general Bristol Broadmead area, close to the harbourside which was what I'd originally wanted. The apartment is also spacious and has all the basics you need - the washing machine is a good plus.

A lot more attention to detail would've been nice: 1. Belatedly noticed people mention the mold in the bathroom after payment was no longer cancellable - can report that it is still present 2. We were given about 3 rolls of toilet paper, but all three only had maybe 1/10th of the roll left 😂 3. The rust in the dish dryer made us manually dry all our dishes instead 4. There were stains and hair still left on the sofa and chairs in the living room when we checked in (including a dubious pink one in the bedroom) 5. The bed is terrible 😂😂😂 actually gave my partner and I neck and shoulder aches as it slumps in the middle; we found it hard to stay on our sides as a result and somehow always ended up just sliding into the sunken middle of the bed instead For a place that collected a deposit from me, refused to let me check in earlier, but kicked me out super early, I really did expect better.
