Gastvrouw had vervoer geregeld om ons op te halen. Ze wachtte ons op en heeft ons binnen gelaten. Ze heeft ons alles uitgelegd en heeft ons toegestuurd,allerlei leuke tripjes om te doen. Ze wilde zelfs wel met ons naar supermarkt om boodschappen te doen. We hadden haar app en als er wat was konden we haar bereiken. Zeer gastvrije aardige gastvrouw. Appartement was fantastisch! Overal dichtbij zoals, supermarkt, shops, terrasjes Heerlijke en zonnige vakantie gehad! Auto gehuurd en overal geweest, el teide vonden we erg leuk. Mooi eiland.

Дуже сподобалось!! Почували себе як вдома. Хочу повернутися знову сюди🌅🩷 Магазин поруч, заклади харчування які хочеш, басейн, набережна, океан все поруч. Щира рекомендація цьому житлу!

This listing turned out to be a private apartment in a complex with a pool rather than a hotel, which wasn’t immediately clear from the booking. The check-in process felt quite outdated as you need to meet someone in person to collect keys. About a week before arrival, the host informed me she couldn’t meet us and arranged for someone else to handle check-in. The listing stated check-in was at 16:30, so when we arrived at Tenerife North Airport, we took our time exploring the island. Around 11 AM, someone named Tatyana messaged asking when we’d arrive. I explained we were exploring the north and would reach the property around 3 PM. She responded curtly that she’d been waiting since noon and seemed quite upset, so we cut our plans short and rushed over. When we arrived, Tatyana’s attitude remained unfriendly. She claimed she’d been waiting since 11 AM (despite our booking stating 16:30 check-in), repeatedly mentioned it wasn’t her apartment, and oddly questioned why we had large luggage—my friend was visiting from the US and had been traveling through Spain before meeting me. The apartment requires a €300 cash deposit, which was clearly stated on the booking page and the host had messaged me about it in advance, so no issues there. The apartment itself was spacious with good facilities: working utilities, two bathrooms, and nice terraces overlooking the pool area, which kept things quiet. The complex has a shared pool which is a nice amenity. However, the bedsheets had noticeable stains that made me question their cleanliness, and we had persistent problems with small ants throughout our stay. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat run-down, though that’s obviously not the host’s responsibility—just worth checking the area photos if you’re unfamiliar with Tenerife. On a positive note, checkout was handled by a different woman who was calm and pleasant, which was a welcome change.
