Appartamento assai confortevole, con ottime finiture interne, pulitissimo, fornito di tutto l' occorrente,. Balcone ampio e arredato, ideale per un momento di relax o uno spuntino all'aperto. Una delle due stanze, entrambe ampie e matrimoniali, dispone pure del bagno in camera, aspetto molto apprezzato. Quartiere tranquillo. Il box a disposizione consente di parcheggiare l' auto al sicuro.

Appartamento nuovo ed accessoriato. Zona residenziale molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Comodità di parcheggio in strada; comunque dotato anche di garage. Centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. Se automuniti, la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere i Giardini di Ninfa ed il centro storico del borgo di Sermoneta. Host gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi informazione necessaria per il soggiorno.
