Driftwood - Luxury Spa Cottage for Two

Location, layout.

Could have been cleaner. Is in need of a refresh.

The Driftwood studio was great - cosy but had everything we needed for a few day mini-break. The outside area was lovely, our little furry friend loved it, and the beach down the road was *chefs kiss*

The noise carried between cabins more that hoped - our neighbours were early birds so we kept hearing them flush over and over in the mornings while trying to sleep.

Very cozy and comfortable Modern Close to beach, shops and restaurants Spa bath and gas log fire was amazing

Opening the front gate was a real struggle to open it, we achieved it after about a 5 minute struggle. The front door was the same. just would not open. Again 5 minutes, and after heaps of jiggiling we got in, then nother another few attempts to lock the door, all done, but so frustrating. The bathroom had no power points, except one located under the bathroom sink , on the back wall, which was hard to get to and pretty much useless. Their was a hair dryer supplied, yiu could use it watching TV, forget the bathroom. The TV, when we arrived didn't work, could not receive any chanels. After a half an hour, range the agency to see if they could help, around 15 minutes later we worked out that the wall connection cable was faulty, we could fix it by moving the TV further away from the wall, Who needs this sort of hassle when booking in, we are on a holiday. everything should have been taken care of bt the owners. My last complaint, already wrote about the lack of power points, Well their are no closesrs to hang you clothes in. Two 10 cm, wall hangers, between the lounge and sleeping area and thats it. No drawers for underware, socks, T Shirts or any other item you use at your home. There are drawers available, but they are full of bed linen and stuff. This is a one room rental. The main area is a lounge with a kitchen. This seperaated by a storage centre in the centre of the room, then a small alclove for the Kingssize bedroom (2 sinlges stuck together). The barthroom has a wonderful Spa. Great for young lovers. I also loved the quiet of property, best sleep for a long time.
