Cozy clean smaller beach front cabin. My 16 yr old grandson and I stayed 3 nights. Had a great time on the water with the kayak and paddle board. Neighbors are also friendly. I will return next time when I go visit my grandson.
The caretaker is also very good. She is a text or phone call away.

Quaint and cute with a lot of good amenities.
Bed and couches were extremely uncomfortable.

On arrival there were sugar ants on the counter. I called the housekeeper and she told me where the ant/cockeroach spray was .. . that worked fine.
The code to open the door was supposed to be my last 4 digits of my cell phone -- according to the instructions I received. But you also have to hit the checkmark icon. When I called the housekeeper she walked me through it, but my last 4 with the check didn't work. She gave me her code and that worked fine! Problem solved.
There was an atomizer/mister to try to mask some stink. It emitted a chemical smell that was strong and very unpleasant. I turned off/unplugged the atomizer. After a day or two it didn't make much improvement. There is something awry that is causing a bad smell. And the chemical atomizer doesn't help at all.
