Las vistas y la cercanía a la playa.
El baño tenía bastante oxido, a la bañera se le caían trozos (a parte el secador del que se dispone, no funcionaba).El piso no estaba sucio, pero la terraza si lo estaba bastante. Y la cocina estaría mejor si tuviera unos paños, escurridor...por lo demás si había menaje.
