El apartamento está en muy buen estado y muy limpio. Es perfecto para ir con grupo de amigos o varias parejas ya que cuenta con 3 habitaciones amplias, aunque es cierto que solo tiene un lavabo. Aunque no conocimos personalmente a los propietarios, se preocuparon en todo momento de que todo estuviera en orden y que no nos faltara nada. La ubicación está muy bien si vas en coche ya que tienes tanto la zona de playas (Sopelana, Barrika, etc.) como Bilbao a unos 10-15 minutos. Es muy fácil aparcar en la misma calle y es gratuito.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema el primer día para abrir la puerta pero se solucionó rápido y la comunicación con la propiedad fue constante.

La casa è grande, con due camere matrimoniali di cui una molto ampia e una più piccola. Inoltre c'è anche una ulteriore stanza con due letti singoli. Salotto e cucina che abbiamo sfruttato poco ma grandi e attrezzati. Buona la pulizia, seppur con qualche piccola pecca. Flessibilità dell'host ammirevole, siamo riusciti a fare check in a distanza e arrivando all'una di notte non abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad entrare.
Il bagno unico e piccolo per una struttura con potenzialmente 3 camere doppie e dunque 6 ospiti. La posizione è tranquilla ma necessita assolutamente della macchina per raggiungere Bilbao che si trova a 15 minuti di auto, non so con i mezzi se sia comoda. Forse prezzo un po' altino considerata la distanza

It was clean.
It had a musty smell and due to the weather was uncomfortably hot as no air conditioning and only one of the fans supplied worked.
