What a find! Very unique property with lots of spaces to relax, some water views, nice gardens and a great breakfast. My new plan for every early morning flight out of Victoria !

Very nice bed and breakfast spot in a heritage home. Very quiet spot. Great service and lovely breakfast.
Nothing really - the walls were a bit thin and could have used some more air in the room but nothing too bad.

its old and historic with charming sitting rooms and breakfast room
it is not in town - not on a bus route - if you dont have a car - transport is taxi - its costly if u add it up taxi to airport also costs more from here.
