The Best Stay Ever

I loved everything about it. The location is excellent and across the road from the beach and walking distance to everything. The room was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The fluffy soft robes and slippers in the room made me feel at home. It is also conveniently adjacent to a coffee shop and bakery that opens 7 am in the morning if you feel like an early morning coffee and snack. I have only good things to say about the hotel. I would love to go back for a longer stay at the hotel.

Excellent in terms of location, comfort , cleanliness and staff

Cosy, comfortable, well appointed, coffee machine and kettle and all other amenities present including very fluffy robes. Great parking facility underneath the hotel. Excellent views of the ocean.

No problems with the hotel itself which was excellent. Shame there were no restaurants run by the hotel on site. Had lunch in the independent restaurant on site and could not get mayonnaise to go with my salad with two servers, had to have a third before I received some and food of very dubious quality.

The location is ideal, The balcony off our room overlooking a rooftop garden and the ocean, was so calming and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean with lots of thoughtful amenities. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming and full of helpful information. And the coffee shop on premises is fantastic!

The only critique I can think of was that there weren’t towels in the steam room – which meant you had to bring your towel from your room, but it would get completely wet in the steam room and then you didn’t have a dry towel to take a shower with in the morning!

A decent place to stay, but not a great value

The location was pretty good. The room was nicely set up and decorated. The view from the room was nice.

They wouldn't give us enough coffee (and didn't even offer us the ability to pay for more coffee). When paying nearly $500 for a night in a hotel room it would be nice to not be nickel-and-dimed.

A better considering I reserved 5 months in advance! I was by the elevator, ice maker and no view. It wasn't worth booking so far in advance., We had much better room last year when booked about 2 weeks in advance.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived very late to check in due to a flight delay. On checking in the staff member offered us snacks and water as the cafè and bar were closed. We left our luggage at the hotel for a number of hours and that was quite acceptable.

Had a wonderful stay here! Jeni and Christina at the front desk were so helpful and lovely at check in. The room was spacious , modern , comfortable , and had an amazing view. The soaps in the bathroom smelled so relaxing. Had a great sleep - rooms were quiet. The location was perfect for a staycation - you can walk to the grocery store, you can walk to the pier, or you could just stay there and enjoy their attached restaurant or coffee shop. I didn’t get to use the steam rooms (since our itinerary was so packed) but I’m sure it would have made me love the place even more. Highly recommend and would definitely come back with my husband, family members, or friends.

Quiet stay close to Victoria International Airport

The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and the bathroom amazing. Nice view on the sea and easy quick ride to the airport (bus 88).

There was no breakfast included and a very small spa with no real sauna, It was a bit disappointing. Thankfully enormous bathtube so we could soak up after the challenging long trip.
