The Suite was excellent with a great view but there was construction.
Bedrooms were spacious with extra space to place luggages.
Washing machine and dryer are available so you don't have to bring that many clothes there and can pack more stuff back from S. Korea.
Busan station was 10-15 mins walk and so travel to various locations is not a problem.
Uber and Kakao T for ride sharing is also quite reasonably priced.
Busan was raining constantly during our stay with strong winds.
The sheltered walkway/ bridge from Busan Station to the Hotel, had 30m WITHOUT shelter at the end.
The reception was behind CU and also with no shelter for 10m to entrance.
After collecting the door cards, we had to walk back again to the entrance of hotel located about 60m away.

Incredibly modern, clean apartment that gave a luxury high life feel. Excellent amenities, including air con, walk in wardrobe with a clothes steamer, heated Japanese toilet. It was incredibly luxurious and in a great location opposite Busan station
I loved staying here. .
It is quite confusing and inconvenient to actually get into the accommodation. You need to walk across the sky bridge from Busan station from exit 10 or 9 and the signage to find Booking the Bay is not clear. You need to enter other buildings in order to find reception.
Bear in mind while it's opposite Busan station and geographically close, it still takes around 13 minutes door to door to get from the accommodation to the station, as you need to factor in going up and down the lifts inside the other buildings in order to access one tower to the other and get to the sky walk.

This spacious hotel-apartment featured three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living room, making it an excellent choice for families or groups. The location was fantastic, situated between Busan Station and Busan North Port Park, with beautiful views of the city. The area is surrounded by numerous dining options, including several Michelin-starred restaurants, and having a CU convenience store on the first floor made it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, and other essentials.
